From September 17–19, 2025, the 20th anniversary edition of the XPRAG conference took place in Cambridge (UK). With more than 200 submissions, the program offered a diverse range of topics in experimental pragmatics. We are proud that our ViCom members Yuqiu Chen and Mailin Antomo were among the 24 selected papers, presenting their talk “(Not-)At-issueness of iconic co-speech gestures and commitment attribution”.
We are pleased that the important perspective of visual communication found its place in the conference agenda.
