Women Mentoring Program
A special focus will be on the support and career advancement of female researchers. This will bring together female doctoral students and early postdocs with experienced female ViCom PIs or collaborators who will serve as scientific role models. It will also provide additional workshops on career planning for early-stage female researchers.

Early Career Mentoring Program
The Early Career Mentoring Program pairs graduate students and early postdocs with experienced mentors, including ViCom PIs at another institution and external experts from other institutions. As the majority of positions in ViCom projects will be filled by early-stage researchers, we want to promote networking within ViCom. This will enhance the success of the young researchers involved and also link the individual projects within the ViCom network.
