The program for the interdisciplinary workshop on “Sign Language Grammars, Parsing Models, & the Brain” that will take place in Leipzig on November 6-7 is now available. To get the discussion going our workshop will feature invited presentations by leading researchers in the study of sign language grammars, parsing models, and the neural basis of sign language processing. The invited presenters are: Carlo Cecchetto, David P. Corina, Karen Emmorey, Vadim Kimmelman, Rachel I. Mayberry, and Marloes Oomen.

Interpreting between English <-> International Sign (IS) will be offered for all on-stage presentations and discussion sessions, as well as for the poster session.

On November 6, there will be a self-paid workshop dinner in a yet-do-be-determined venue. Everybody who wants to participate (including invited speakers, presenters, etc.) is kindly asked to register by sending an informal e-mail to trettenbrein@cbs.mpg.de by October 22 the latest!
