Registration
Registration opens on June 2, 2025 and will be handled via ConfTool: Conference and Event Management Software. Payment is only possible by credit card (VISA and Mastercard).
Payment of the conference fee covers participation in the entire conference (including both the main and special sessions), though participation in the special sessions must be indicated separately in the registration form.
Early registration runs from June 2 – July 18, 2025. Late registration runs from July 19 – September 5, 2025.

The total fee is calculated in three parts: the conference fee (see above), the optional ticket for the conference dinner, and, for poster presenters, the optional poster printing service.
Registration for the two other dinners – the Special Session I (LingDem) / Warming-up dinner and the Special Session II (PhilLingNeg) dinner – is also mandatory during the registration process, though payment will be made individually on-site.
