Principal Investigator
Federica Amici obtained her PhD at the Liverpool John Moores University in the UK. She then moved to Germany, where she is currently working in Katja Liebal’s group as a post-doc. Her main research interests lie in the evolutionary processes shaping the distribution of behavior and cognition in animals, with a special focus on primates and ungulates. I am currently working on the complexity and ontogeny of primate communication, and I maintain a secret but intense love for psycholinguistics.
